- Stump grinding
2.1 Service Agreement
Upon agreeing to engage our services, a detailed service agreement will be provided outlining the scope, duration, and cost of the services to be rendered.
3. Payment Terms
All payments for services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
3.1 Invoices
Invoices will be issued after the completion of services. Please ensure that all invoices are settled within 30 days of receipt.
3.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur an additional fee of 5% per month on the outstanding amount.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Liability
TreeSurgeon London is committed to maintaining high safety standards. However, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen damages or accidents that may occur during service delivery unless caused by our negligence.
